Replacing the pipes without replacing your walls.
Repiping is the job people put off for a decade, usually because they picture the house being opened up like a crime scene.
It does not have to go that way. We plan the runs to use existing chases and closets, we work in stages so you have water at the end of every day, and we patch what we open. Most houses take three to five days.

Both are excellent when installed properly. PEX is faster, handles freeze better and needs fewer openings in your walls; copper has a longer track record and some people simply prefer it. We quote whichever you want and we will tell you which we would put in our own house.
Almost always, yes. There will be a few hours of no water while we make the changeover on each stage, and it is noisy work during the day.
In a good way. A permitted, inspected repipe with documentation is one of the strongest things you can hand a buyer, and it typically settles the insurance question on an older house.
