Most plumbing emergencies get meaningfully worse in the twenty minutes you spend looking for someone who answers the phone. So we answer the phone.
Before we hang up, you will know where your main shut-off is and how to close it. That one call often saves a ceiling. Everything after that is just work.
What counts as an emergency
- Burst or split supply lines, including frozen runs
- Sewage backing up into a tub, shower or floor drain
- A water heater leaking onto the floor
- The only toilet in the house, blocked
- Water staining a ceiling or running inside a wall
- Sump pump failure with rain still coming
- No water at all, anywhere in the house

What happens after you call
Emergency work is stressful enough without wondering what is going on. Here is the whole sequence.

We stop the water first
On the phone, before anything else. Main shut-off, water heater power, appliance valves — whatever applies to what you are describing.

You get a real arrival window
A time, not “sometime today”. If the van is running late you get a call, not silence.

You get the price before the work
After-hours call-out is quoted on the phone. The repair is quoted at your door. Nothing appears on the invoice that you did not agree to.

We leave it dry and contained
Water extracted where we can, the area dried and protected, and a straight answer about whether you need a restoration contractor.
How this is priced
After-hours calls carry a call-out rate we quote before we leave the shop. The repair itself is quoted at your door, in writing, before a tool comes out of the bag.
