before they book.
Most days we can be at a Fairbank Valley address within a couple of hours, and emergency calls take priority over scheduled work. When you call we give you a real arrival window rather than a day-long one, and you get a call if it slips.
Flat rate for the job, agreed in writing before we start. Hourly billing rewards a slow plumber and makes the final number impossible for you to predict, so we do not use it.
Only if we find something genuinely different behind the wall, and if we do, work stops and we talk. You will never find a number on the invoice that you did not agree to first.
Licensed and insured in Oregon, with general liability and workers’ compensation on every person who comes to your door. We are happy to send the certificates before we visit.
