Kitchen, bath, main line
Drain Cleaning
A slow drain is a symptom. We find out what it is a symptom of.

Anyone can push a cable down a pipe and get the water moving for a fortnight. That is not a repair, it is a delay.
We clear the line, then put a camera down it and show you the footage on the spot — roots, a bellied section, forty years of grease, or nothing at all. You get to decide what to do with real information.
What we clear
- Kitchen lines packed with grease and food waste
- Tub and shower drains slowed by hair and soap
- Toilets that need more than a plunger
- Laundry standpipes that overflow mid-cycle
- Floor and yard drains
- Main house-to-sewer lines, including root intrusion
- Recurring blockages that have already been “fixed” twice
Worth knowing
How we actually do it
Three different jobs get called “drain cleaning”. They are not the same and they should not cost the same.
- 01
Cabling
A mechanical cutter for a specific blockage in a specific line. Fast, and the right answer for most single-fixture clogs.
- 02
Hydro-jetting
High-pressure water that scours the pipe wall back to bare material. This is what actually removes years of grease rather than boring a hole through it.
- 03
Camera inspection
Color video of the inside of your line with footage you keep. If we recommend a repair, you will have already seen the reason on a screen.
- 04
A written finding
Depth, distance from the cleanout, and what we saw. If a future owner or an insurer asks, you have a document.
How this is priced
Single-fixture clearing is quoted flat. Main-line work is quoted after the camera goes down, so you are paying for the actual problem rather than an estimate of it.
- Flat rate, not hourly
- Quoted before we start
- No change without your say-so
Questions about this job
What people ask,
before they book this one.
For a slow bathroom sink, occasionally. For anything recurring, no — caustic cleaner sits in the trap, does very little to a grease-lined pipe, and makes the line genuinely dangerous for the next person who opens it. Tell us if you have poured any in.
Because you watch the screen while it happens and we hand you the footage. If the line is fine, we will tell you the line is fine.
It is common, and it is almost always roots finding a joint. Seasonal recurrence is one of the clearest signals that the fix is in the line rather than in the fixture.
After-hours emergency line
Water does not wait
for business hours.
Answered by a plumber, not a call center, seven days a week. We will tell you how to shut it off before we even get in the van — and if we cannot reach you tonight, we will say so on the call rather than leave you waiting.
Next step
Let’s get your drain cleaning handled.
Four questions, under a minute, and a call back from a plumber who has already read what you typed.
