What this site collects
The request form on this site asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code and the service you need. A description of the problem and a photo of it are optional — you do not have to include either. That is the entire set of information this site asks for. There is no account to create and no password to set.
What it is used for
Everything submitted through the form goes to Stillwater Plumbing Co. for one reason: to call you back about the job you described. We use your number to talk about your plumbing and nothing else. No lists, no marketing texts. We do not use your information to build a marketing list, run ad campaigns against you, or hand it to a third party for any purpose unrelated to the work you asked us to look at.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not add your number to a text or email marketing list.
- We do not share it with other businesses, even ones we work alongside on a job.
- We do not use it for anything beyond scheduling and completing the service you requested.
Cookies and analytics
This is a demonstration website, and it sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If a real deployment of this site adds analytics later, this section is where that would be disclosed plainly, including what is tracked and how to opt out.
Photos submitted through the form
A photo you attach to a service request is used only to help us understand the problem before we arrive. It is not published, shared publicly, or used in marketing without asking you directly first.
How long we keep it
We keep job-related information for as long as is useful for warranty and service history — so that if you call back next year about the same bathroom, someone here still has the record. If you would rather we did not, see the section below.
Getting your information removed
Call or email us and ask. We will confirm what we have on file and remove it, short of anything we are required to keep for permitting, warranty or tax records. There is no form to fill out for this — a phone call or an email is enough.
